ocadol ships orders placed through ocadol.shop to eligible U.S. addresses. Destinations and methods available for a specific order are displayed at checkout.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free for eligible U.S. orders. Optional expedited or special delivery charges are displayed before payment.
Processing and delivery estimates
Handling: 0–1 business day. Transit after shipment: 0–1 business day. Normal total: 0–2 business days from a successful order.
Business days exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, address verification, payment review, inventory issues, or events outside our reasonable control.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking may take time to update after a shipping label is created.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment. Additional carrier or reshipment costs caused by an incorrect customer-provided address may be charged where permitted by law.
Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
Contact us promptly if tracking hasn’t updated, a shipment appears lost, or a package arrives damaged. Include the order number, tracking info, and clear photos of damaged items and packaging when applicable. Keep the item and packaging until our review is complete.
